some of My Clients among many:
Since 2007 I have lived as a hard-working design professional in Helsinki, London and Washington DC. I aim for authenticity with the highest standards and always seek for new challenges for growth and exploration.
I earned my Master's degree from the Aalto University, School of Arts, Design and Architecture in 2013 with my final thesis on storytelling in architecture. This specific project taught me more of design (and of my own design philosophy) than anything before. Working with an award-winning DC architect, writer and philosopher Travis Price, on the projects of the Spirit of Place/ Spirit of Design, I came to a realization that what interests me most in this life are authentic stories embedded everywhere.
My goal is to keep on creating, using my understanding of storytelling, as both a modern design tool and a humanist philosophy for life. I have come to believe that the question of who we are lives through this. I believe that design should derive its beauty from the telling of humanity’s stories in a way that resonates and reverberates metaphors within ordinary people for ordinary people. Reinventing from what is already existing. When people are aware of their stories, they are more thoughtful of what they create. It’s about whom they are and what they want to represent.
I have a broad and an exciting background from a national team gymnast to an entrepreneur and the owner of Inkan Arkki, a little yoga studio for children. I’m a curious and a passionate world wonderer.
Please get in touch to tell me your story.
I would love to help you create it.
